What we do
Grounds maintenance
One call covers mowing, shrub beds, pruning, tree work and clean-up. GPS-tracked trucks and mobile work tickets keep the schedule tight and the reporting honest.
Turf health care
A six-round fertilisation, weed and pest programme timed to the Tennessee season, with deep core aeration and overseeding to back it up.
Irrigation
Design, installation and service of large-scale systems. Four technicians work service calls alone, with weekend emergency cover.
Hardscapes
Permeable pavers through to natural stone, built by ICPI-certified staff. Patios, drives, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and engineered retaining walls.
Outdoor lighting
Low-voltage LED lighting for safety, security and the look of a property after dark, controlled from your phone.
Bio-retention systems
Bioswales and rain gardens that slow run-off and filter it before it reaches the storm drain, built to meet current stormwater regulation.
Snow and ice removal
Two trained teams on standby with plows and ice melt stock, working through the night to keep your paved surfaces open.
