The work shown here was done on specific properties with their own soils, drainage and permitting context. It is not a recommendation for yours. Grading, planting, wall and stormwater decisions need someone on the actual ground, which is why the site evaluation is free.
Estimates and warranties
Design fees, response times and the one-year limited warranty on irrigated sites are described here in general terms. What applies to your job is what is written in your own proposal, design agreement or contract.

Requesting an estimate does not create a contract or a client relationship. Work begins only under a signed agreement setting out scope, price and schedule.
